Which courts hear a dispute?
Only one set of them. Any dispute, controversy or claim that arises out of or relates to the use of this website, to a transaction made on it, or to the breach, termination or invalidity of these Terms, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
Can the customer object to the venue?
No. The customer gives up any objection to where such proceedings are heard, whether that objection is put on inconvenient-forum grounds or on any similar basis.
What about shopping from outside Malaysia?
We make no representation that the materials, products or services offered on this site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. A customer reaching this site from outside Malaysia carries the responsibility for compliance with applicable local laws.
