Privacy Policy

JL2001 CRAFT SDN BHD 202601034800 (1696895-V) treats what a customer tells us as something to guard, never something to trade. This Privacy Policy sets out what we gather while the website is visited and used, what it is used for, and how it is looked after.

What do we collect?

Four kinds of information may reach us:

  • Personal information: Name, shipping address, billing address, email address and phone number.

  • Payment information: Credit or debit card details, or other payment method information, which is handled securely by third-party payment gateways.

  • Order information: Order history, the products bought and the customer preferences on record.

  • Website usage data: IP address, device information, browser type, cookies and the pages visited.

What is it used for?

Every piece has a job. We put the data we collect to five of them:

  • Fulfilment: Working through orders and completing them properly.

  • Communication: Reaching the customer about a purchase, a support enquiry or a promotional update.

  • Optimisation: Sharpening the website, the services on it and the wider customer experience.

  • Security: Heading off fraud and keeping the site and the people on it safe.

  • Compliance: Meeting the legal and regulatory obligations that bind us.

Is any of it sold?

No. We do not sell or rent personal information, to anyone, at any price.

Who else sees it?

A limited amount does travel beyond us, and only in these directions:

  • Trusted third parties: Partners who keep the website running — hosting, payment processing and shipping among them.

  • Legal authorities: Law enforcement or regulators, where the law requires it.

  • Data protection: Each of those partners is under contract to protect the data to the standards we set.

How is it protected?

We apply industry-standard safeguards, and we are straight about where they stop.

  • In place: SSL encryption, secure servers and regular monitoring.

  • The honest caveat: We use every commercially acceptable means open to us, yet no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

What do cookies do here?

Cookies and similar technologies make the site easier to use, show us how it is performing and let us deliver personalised content. Browser settings can control them or switch them off, though parts of the site may then stop behaving as they should.

What rights does the customer have?

Three, and they hold at any time:

  • Access & correction: Asking to see the personal information we hold, or to have it corrected.

  • Deletion: Asking for that data to be deleted, subject to legal or administrative requirements.

  • Opt-out: Unsubscribing from marketing emails whenever the customer chooses.

If anything on this page is unclear, ask us — we would rather explain how the data is handled than leave a customer guessing.
