Where do we deliver?
Our courier network reaches the whole country. We ship to two service zones:
Peninsular Malaysia: All states are served.
East Malaysia: Sabah & Sarawak are served.
How soon is an order packed?
Preparation starts as soon as the order is in. Two things happen before the parcel moves:
Processing: Orders are picked, packed and released within 1–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are not counted in that window.
